Kate & Danny : Hard Rock Glamour

Hard Rock is known as the home of rock and roll and of… a traditionally romantic wedding?  Yes, that is right!  Kate and Danny’s beautifully glamorous wedding had a traditional reception with a clean and current twist.  We absolutely LOVED working with the very talented Liz Beck of Liz Beck Events, Sara France of Sara France Photography and Concepts Event Design.  Kate absolutely adored fuchsia and wanted a hot pink soaked wedding.

Tall ivory pedestals were topped with large fuchsia floral arrangements to frame the ceremony.

In leu of bouquets, bridesmaids carried these fun pink purses with floral accents.

The gorgeous reception was created from a mixture of square and round tables topped with two unique tall centerpieces.  Half of the guest tables were topped with tall glass trumpet vases topped with lush hot pink floral arrangements and dripping with Swarovski crystal strands and glittering french cut pendants.  Centerpieces were placed atop pewter gray pedestals with votive candles and bloom accents.

Round tables were topped with glamorous crystal candelabras and vibrant hot pink centerpieces.

The candle-studded head table was stunningly romantic with long, low floral centerpieces connecting large floral arrangements.  Numerous cylinder vases were filled with floating candles creating a warm, glowing ambiance.

Tracy & Collin : Country Fair Flair

We can’t wait to show you this unique and detailed VIBRANT Country Fair inspired wedding!  It is not every day one gets to be a part of a wedding where the guests sit on hay stacks and the guest list includes feathered friends and livestock.  We were so happy to pair up with the fabulous Krystel Tien of Couture Events who flawlessly put together all of the impeccable details and the very talented Sara France of Sarah France Photography.

Tracy carried a beautiful, fluffy bouquet of dahlias, garden roses, peonies, succulents, tulips, crespedia and other like flowers.

The bridesmaids wore fun daisy crowns

The silk draped ceremony gazebo boasted many bright colors with vibrant blooms lining the front and dripping down the sides.  A royal red carpet was rolled out and complimented the fun balloon accents attached to guest chairs.

Centerpieces were unique and colorful in shades of fuchsia, pink, blush, peach, yellow and teal, incorporating various vessels including mason jars, galvanized pails, popcorn boxes and even fair tickets!

Adelle & Chris : A Regal Affair at the Grand Del Mar

With touches of crystal and gold, it doesn’t get much more traditionally glamorous than this beautiful Grand Del Mar wedding.

Adelle chose to carry a lush, stunning all ivory bouquet of roses, spray roses, hydrangea and fragrant gardenias.

The adorable flower girl carried a delicate pink handbag of spray roses- how cute!

The ceremony was framed with four centerpieces placed at varying heights to make just enough of a statement but not to overwhelm the beautiful church.

The reception was created with tall centerpieces placed atop delicate lace tablecloths provided by Wildflower linen.  Lush ivory, blush and fresh green centerpieces were placed atop our traditional gold candelabras studded with Swarovski crystal strands and glittering french cut pendants.

Brittany & Aaron : A Timeless Autumn Affair

image

We couldn’t wait to blog about this AMAZINGLY beautiful fall-inspired wedding as soon as possible!  Dripping in details and glamour, this wedding was one of our absolute favorites of 2012!  ”I knew we had fallen in love from our first meeting”, beamed Alex, co-founder of Blush Botanicals, “and the deal was really sealed after we found out we were both USC Alumni”.

imageimage

Brittany chose a beautifully unique bridal bouquet of textured, fragrant blooms and fun pods.  Curly willow branches were romantically wrapped around the outside of the bridal bouquet and a textured wrapping was created from burlap and delicate gauze finished with a fun button detailing.

The traditional ceremony took place at the Village Church in Rancho Santa Fe where we dressed up their provided candle sticks with soft greenery and ivory blooms.

The absolutely awe-inspiring long head table was topped with a lush floral runner spanning the entire length of the table and delicately dripping off the sides of the table towards the floor.

Four types of centerpieces were combined to create a diverse look at the reception.  A tall wrought iron candelabra was topped with a lush, free-flowing autumn toned floral arrangement placed within a hand stained deep wood box with moss detailing.  Tall, footed mercury glass candle holders were placed within the moss and surrounded by mercury glass votives.

A second type fo tall centerpiece was created with a rustic birch-wrapped vase topped with a similar but smaller centerpiece and surrounded by mercury glass votive candles.

Rustic, moss-accented lanterns contained ivory pillar candles and were surrounded by a lush floral arrangement to match tall florals.

The last centerpiece type was created from a vintage frame surrounding a rustic grape wood branch stuffed with florals and paired with a tall trio of mercury glass candle holders.

image

We custom created a birch-wood covered cake platform for the beautifully detailed cake to be placed atop, complete with burlap and gauze accenting.  Dripping florals to match the centerpieces delicately cascaded down the sides of the cake.

The place cards were placed on our vintage door, dressed with A-symmetrical soft greenery and florals.

The stunning traditional jewish ceremony took place under our silk draped chuppah with two lush and fresh ivory and green floral arrangements placed atop vintage silver stand.

Rachel & Mike: Rustic Ranch Romance

It was such an honor to have been asked by one of our favorite coordinators, Rachel Leber of I Do…Weddings, to help create her perfect wedding!  She picked a dream team of vendors including Aaron Feldman of True Photography, Sweet Cheeks Bakery, Concepts Event Design and NR3 videography.

After picking her rustic venue at Serenity Oaks Ranch, we came together to design a beautiful wedding complete with rustic wood banquet tables and delicate lace runners.  Rachel carried a beautifully unique bouquet of soft ivory and blush tones with gray and slate blue accents finished in a textured burlap wrapping and button accents trailing down the handle.

Mike wore a complimenting slate blue succulent boutonniere.

The unique ceremony took place in front of a large old tree with vintage windows fastened to the bark and soft floral accents.

The adorable flower girls trotted down the aisle showing off their unique floral wands.

The reception was covered in rustic and vintage details complete with two tablescapes.  Long, rustic wood tables from Concepts Event Design were topped with our delicate ivory lace runners and footed glass cylinder vases wrapped in  burlap ribbon and filled with lush ivory and blush florals.

A trio of footed mercury glass candle holders were placed at varying heights surrounded by multiple glass bud vases filled with blush and ivory blooms and surrounded by votive candles.

Beautiful lighting set the tone for a perfect night!

Tanya & Cameron : Bold Beauty

This beautiful Prado wedding was flawlessly executed and coordinated by the fabulous team over at First Comes Love and expertly captured on camera by True Photography!

Tanya chose a beautiful, soft and delicately textured bouquet of ivory and blush blooms with soft gray accents and her bridesmaids boasted very textured, deep burgundy bouquets with curly willow and thistle accents.  The handle of the bridal bouquet was detailed with clippings from the wedding gown and meaningful photos of lost relatives.

The reception was studded in candlelight with a unique mixture of tall and short centerpieces and a  long head table topped with a mixture of centerpieces.

Short centerpieces were created from our trio of tall, footed mercury glass vases surrounded by mercury glass vases of varying sizes filled with deep red blooms and natural green pops.

Large, natural manzanita branches were dripping in deep red blooms, hanging candles and natural greenery placed within deep stained wood boxes filled with organic moss and succulent accents.

The stage was covered in glowing mercury glass candle light, creating a glowing backdrop to the head table.
